We have sites available in Monarch Meadows, Highlands Golf Club, and Amanda Street. Or if you prefer, we will be happy to build on a site you already own. We can offer lots of suggestions and ideas that will make your project progress smoothly, resulting in a beautiful new home.

Ward has a B.S. in Construction Management from K-State and has years of experience as a general contractor. However, we have working arrangements with local architects and engineers if more technical details need to be worked out.  Our local crews perform most of the work including:

• Concrete foundations and flatwork
• Framing
• Siding
• Finish carpentry
• Tile and hard surface flooring
• Painting, Staining, trim, casework, and doors

We also have an experienced team of subcontract firms for specialty fields like electricians and plumbers.
